  • Identify big ideas to deliver long-term client value.
  • Build relationships with health-plan leadership and prioritize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, software architects, and digital health entrepreneurs.
  • Travel up to 20-40% for client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales/client management in healthcare with proven quota success.
  • Foundational knowledge of CMS Stars and health plan affordability strategies.
  • Proven quota attainment in hyper-growth tech organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of health plans and risk-bearing provider segments.
  • Experience in pipeline-building through cross-sell/upsell, prospecting, and enterprise deals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate complex contracts with executives.
  • Dynamic role with growth opportunities.
