The Enterprise Account Executive position is a hybrid role based in NYC, responsible for establishing and closing new sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and collaboration with the Sales Development team to engage potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and close net-new sales opportunities.
  • Own prospecting efforts alongside the Sales Development team.
  • Lead sales activities through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Target buyers in HR, Workplace, Benefits, and Finance seeking innovative solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to drive product improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Top-performing, full-cycle B2B sales experience with 5+ years in selling to Enterprise clients.
  • Experience selling to HR, benefits, workplace, and finance leaders.
  • Expertise in solutions-focused sales, primarily in SaaS.
  • Data-driven approach with strong business acumen to build value.
  • Proficient in presenting and selling to C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, Excel, and G-Suite.
