The Employee Success Business Partner plays a crucial role in fostering manager independence and enhancing ownership of the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will provide impactful support in employee relations and lifecycle topics while operating as a solutions consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, Life Sciences, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business landscape.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Experience in employee relations and lifecycle management.
