The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing website performance, optimizing conversion rates, and managing landing pages. This role involves running conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests to enhance pipeline growth and ensuring effective search engine optimization (SEO) and AI-driven discovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own website performance, conversion rates, and landing pages.
  • Run CRO tests on pages, forms, and CTAs to boost pipeline.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO and AEO strategies.
  • Generate high-intent traffic via search, content, and conversion pages.
  • Build and manage HubSpot lifecycle programs and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Oversee email segmentation for targeted communication.
  • Manage paid media efforts in collaboration with external agencies (LinkedIn, Google) and provide performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in website performance and CRO.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in building and scaling lifecycle and nurture programs.
  • Familiarity with SEO and AI-driven discovery strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to provide cross-channel reporting and data-driven recommendations.
