The Head of Marketing for the Advisory Practice will own the complete marketing engine, overseeing paid acquisition, creative processes, and funnel management while ensuring robust systems are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the marketing strategy; translate overarching goals into actionable quarterly plans.
  • Manage a paid media budget exceeding $1M per month, focusing on optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, performance management, and vendor oversight.
  • Establish comprehensive attribution, analytics, and reporting systems linking costs directly to LTV.
  • Partner with the sales team to define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and enhance lead quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong background in managing large paid media budgets.
  • Proven leadership in multi-functional marketing teams across creative, media, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of CAC to LTV economics and retention optimization strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of advertising channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Experience in building marketing systems, workflows, and teams from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to enhance marketing outcomes.
