The Account Director for SMB will focus on articulating ROI and addressing business challenges for brands and retailers. This role requires maintaining an organized pipeline and providing proactive updates throughout renewals and sales cycles. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure clients receive the necessary resources and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery processes to uncover core business needs and long-term requirements.
  • Build and nurture relationships across IT, Marketing, and Merchandising leaders.
  • Navigate the contract process with client legal teams and internal counsel to finalize agreements.
  • Manage contract renewals successfully to meet business objectives.
  • Translate product features into strategic outcomes for the C-suite.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying role in SaaS, MarTech, or eCommerce.
  • Proven experience in managing contract renewals effectively.
  • Strong bias to action with the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
  • Understanding of the digital shelf and the impact of user-generated content on brand-to-retailer ecosystems.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
