We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Program Manager to own end-to-end Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for Illumio Segmentation, driving pipeline growth. This role involves building and managing tiered ABM programs across named accounts in key verticals while collaborating closely with Sales, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Revenue Operations to align on target accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized content and campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing, including ROI models.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel ABM activation across digital platforms, events, and mail.
  • Lead the planning and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns to enhance pipeline growth.
  • Manage complex, multi-quarter ABM programs at an enterprise scale.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of the cybersecurity buyer journey, particularly in network security and Zero Trust.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in ABM, demand generation, growth marketing, or go-to-market strategies in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in ABM strategy and platform management using tools like Demandbase, 6sense, and Terminus.
  • Proficiency in Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and data visualization tools such as Tableau/Looker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for technical and executive audiences.
  • A demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Sales, and Revenue Operations.
