We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to manage support tickets from intake to resolution. In this fully remote role, you will provide timely and empathetic support, ensuring users feel heard and valued. Your expertise in troubleshooting Level 1-2 issues related to account setup and email protocols will be essential in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage support tickets from intake to resolution.
  • Troubleshoot Level 1–2 issues, including account setup, SMTP, IMAP, and DNS.
  • Triage requests to identify user error, configuration issues, bugs, or feature requests.
  • Escalate complex issues with clear reproduction steps and logs.
  • Maintain accurate support records in Zendesk or similar systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in technical support (L1–L2) for software or email.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience with email protocols: SMTP, IMAP, JMAP.
  • Understanding of DNS basics: A, MX, TXT; SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
  • Strong troubleshooting, data gathering, and issue isolation skills.
  • Excellent written communication and user-centric approach.
