Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global planning, incentive design, and compensation for GTM roles.
  • Own targets, incentives, and processes aligned to business strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Finance, and RevOps to develop comprehensive plans.
  • Drive AI-first and automation-minded planning and governance.
  • Oversee capacity analytics, productivity, and quota design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales strategy, planning, compensation, or RevOps for B2B SaaS.
  • 5+ years of people leadership in planning, compensation, or RevOps.
  • Deep understanding of sales compensation in B2B tech and subscription models.
  • Experience in building AI tools for planning and RevOps at scale.
  • Strong quantitative skills with complex datasets and models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex topics for executives and teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and planning tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Lative).
