The Relationship Manager will own growth, adoption, and retention for a portfolio of high-value RIA firms. This role involves being the primary relationship owner for advisor firms and key stakeholders, driving net new assets, and expanding share of wallet across Altruist's platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build long-term, high-trust relationships with accountability for growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Product teams to anticipate needs and resolve issues.
  • Travel up to 25–40% to meet with key firms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in relationship management or sales in B2B financial services.
  • Deep RIA knowledge, including custodial platforms and CRM.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, and similar tools.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven, execution-focused, and collaborative mindset.
