Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide treatment plans and medications for youth. This role emphasizes building meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and their families while ensuring patient safety and progress towards treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for youth.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and manage medications.
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Monitor progress towards goals and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with therapists and care teams for integrated care.
• Educate and empower families on diagnoses and treatment options.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing.
• Board Certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
• 2+ years of independent pediatric psychiatric practice.
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license and DEA license.
• State prescriptive authority.
• Experience with children/adolescents (ages 2+).
• Comfort with telemedicine and remote care.
• Available for ≥15 hours/week after 4pm ET or on weekends.
• Strong patient-centered and collaboration-focused approach.
