Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
  • Licensed pharmacist in California.
  • PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency, or PGY1 + 1 year ambulatory under CPA, or 3+ years ambulatory practice with disease state management.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Proficient in technology and workflow management.
  • Demonstrates empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset.
