The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in financial practices or financial software sales, a proven ability to manage customer accounts, consistently hit or exceed sales targets month over month and quarter over quarter, experience in maintaining detailed CRM pipeline, proactive, self-motivated, persuasive team player comfortable with uncertainty and eager to learn new areas.
