Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, travel, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain legal documents and manage contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with discovery processes.
  • Process subpoenas and maintain secure legal files.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and legal team.
  • Support regulatory filings and deadline tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Paralegal certificate or relevant legal training.
  • 2–5+ years in a paralegal, legal assistant, or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
