The ITMS Support Specialist, Tier 1 will deliver high-quality IT technical services to clients, providing on-site or remote troubleshooting and support for various network technologies. This role requires assisting with installations, migrations, and integrations while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality IT technical services to clients.
  • Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting and support for network technologies.
  • Assist with installations, migrations, and integrations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality in service delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and configure VMware, Office 365, backups, desktops, and Windows.
  • Plan and execute hardware upgrades and patching.
  • Travel to client sites up to 15% of the time.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3+ years as ITMS Support Specialist or IT Support Technician.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing MSP role.
  • Strong knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and internet standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft, Mac, and virtual services.
