As an Inside Sales Representative for Care.com Marketing Solutions, you will engage with small to medium-sized business (SMB) owners to provide tailored marketing solutions. This remote position requires a proactive approach to sales, focusing on building relationships and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with SMB owners to offer Care.Com Marketing Solutions.
  • Maintain a balanced sales pipeline and successfully close deals through the sales cycle.
  • Monitor daily calls, messages, and touchpoints to ensure active engagement.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas.
  • Build knowledge of Care.com services, industry trends, and marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze sales metrics and improve performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience required.
  • Proven cold-calling sales experience.
  • A minimum of 100 dials and 3+ hours of talk time daily.
  • Strong organizational and process-driven skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proven closing skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Experience with sales automation systems and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to participate in a comprehensive training program.
