As the Global BDR Lead for our B2B SaaS offerings, you will lead and manage a dynamic team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) across Europe and North America. Your primary focus will be on driving outbound sales initiatives and generating high-quality leads in the electronics sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a BDR team of 3–5 members across Europe and North America.
  • Own and achieve personal and team pipeline targets.
  • Drive multichannel outbound outreach to tech buyers in the electronics industry.
  • Utilize tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Clay, and LinkedIn to build comprehensive lead lists.
  • Personalize outreach at scale based on buyer signals.
  • Handoff high-quality opportunities to Account Executives (AEs) with relevant context.
  • Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth handoff and transition of leads.
  • Utilize data-driven metrics and maintain pipeline ownership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading BDR teams or providing coaching.
  • Expertise in multichannel outbound strategies and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Clay, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to qualify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in the OEM electronics market is a plus.
  • Remote-first working style with a global team.
