As the Director of Field Sales for the Central Region, you will play a critical role in scaling our field sales efforts through refined territories and go-to-market plans. You will drive a high-performance culture, lead by example, and ensure your team is equipped to exceed revenue and productivity goals. Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading regional/field teams in SaaS/fintech.
  • Proven success in exceeding regional revenue and productivity goals.
  • Strong track record in building high-performance teams and coaching cultures.
  • Exceptional product acumen with the ability to position complex solutions.
  • Deep operational expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
