The Director of Demand Generation will own the entire demand generation pipeline from end to end, integrating various channels including paid, organic, content-driven, and community efforts. This role involves collaborating with our in-house creative team to craft compelling campaigns and narratives while driving data-driven testing and optimization across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the demand generation pipeline.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on campaigns and storytelling.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing demand generation team.
  • Implement data-driven testing and optimizations across the funnel.
  • Oversee the budget and strategy for paid media, especially LinkedIn Ads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in demand generation and performance marketing.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Expertise in building programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of attribution, analytics, and dashboard creation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
