Job Overview
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Advise clients on product functionality and HR solutions to maximize value and satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships, fostering long-term customer partnerships.
  • Support businesses in global expansion by providing expertise in compliance, payroll, and HR management.
  • Work asynchronously with a global team and flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer onboarding and implementation projects for a diverse book of clients.
  • Identify and address client needs, suggesting tailored solutions for retention and growth.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders through written, spoken, and presented formats.
  • Execute problem-solving strategies across different technical scenarios and customer verticals.
  • Maintain detailed attention to all aspects of the customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success, onboarding, or client management roles.
  • Expertise in customer lifecycle management, especially onboarding.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Passion for problem-solving and delivering high-quality customer support.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, async environment.
