The Clinical Field Specialist will drive sales growth and market development in the Women’s Health space. This role involves executing a hunter sales strategy to win new business while building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute hunter sales strategy to win new business.
  • Develop strategic plans to accelerate territory growth.
  • Lead full-cycle sales across existing products and new launches.
  • Provide clinical insight, education, and training in office and surgical settings.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (BS, Nursing, or related healthcare field preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years physician sales in diagnostic healthcare; genetics experience preferred.
  • Proven track record opening new markets and growing revenue.
  • Strong understanding of OB/GYN, MFM, and Women’s Health space.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences (clinical diagnostics preferred).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
