As a Client Support Lead, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding client experiences, managing communications, and supporting innovative media projects. This remote role requires proactive problem-solving, exceptional communication skills, and reliability in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Utilize email, text, and phone channels to provide timely support and project updates.
  • Handle client escalations promptly and update relevant platforms as required.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and support scheduled meetings.
  • Conduct outbound calls and offer dedicated assistance to clients needing additional support.
  • Work independently, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential client issues before escalation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success or similar support role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; neutral accent preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Gmail and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Experience with Ring Central is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to schedule changes during emergencies.
  • Reliable backup power and internet connection.
  • Minimum 16GB RAM on your device.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
