The Business Development Manager for Nutrafol in Houston will be responsible for promoting and selling products within their territory, implementing strategic initiatives to increase sales and market share. Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell products to potential prospects.
  • Implement strategic initiatives and sales activities to drive Nutrafol sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a practice-building approach.
  • Coordinate physician training programs and enhance practice in-services.
  • Maintain professional communication and relationships with leadership and assigned accounts.
  • Participate in company sales meetings and business conferences.
  • Enhance sales through up-selling and promotional marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to ensure effective territory coverage.
  • Attend Trade Shows to promote Nutrafol and explore new sales opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads and sales activity.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven Field Sales experience.
  • Preferred experience in medical/surgical/pharmacologic sales in the aesthetic space.
  • Proven track record of high performance and product expertise.
  • Ability to adapt and grow with the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and market opportunity recognition.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Solution-oriented and collaborative team player.
  • Passion for promoting Nutrafol products.
