The Account Executive for Beneficial Deployments will play a crucial role in driving revenue and acquiring new business within the EMEA nonprofit sector, particularly in Spanish-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Win new business and drive revenue in EMEA nonprofits.
  • Design and execute sales strategies for the EMEA market.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder ecosystems across different geographies.
  • Act as a regional expert on EMEA nonprofit market and regulatory needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EMEA nonprofit tech platforms and networks.
  • Collaborate with San Francisco-based teams across various time zones.
  • Adapt existing playbooks to fit the EMEA context.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in prospecting and closing deals in EMEA, especially in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-country sales cycles.
  • Experience handling six-figure enterprise deal cycles.
  • Familiarity with selling to federated structures or multi-entity governance.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
