The Valuations Analyst will be responsible for determining pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties, ensuring valuation accuracy, and managing multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties.
  • Set turnaround times for dispositions to meet market needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Construction on pricing, budgets, and scope of work.
  • Value properties across the US and ensure valuation accuracy.
  • Meet turnaround objectives to avoid long market listings.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
  • Appraisal license or completed appraisal coursework (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote company environment.
