Join Twilio as a Technical Support Engineer 2, where you will be a vital member of our TCX (Transforming Customer Experience) team, providing exceptional support to meet customer needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support technical customer queries and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in interactions via email, phone, chat, and video conferencing.
  • Document customer interactions and root causes to drive product enhancements.
  • Provide product support for various customer inquiries.
  • Identify improvements for existing processes and procedures.
  • Be a point of escalation for complex issues and assist newer team members.
  • Ensure support SLAs and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in a client-facing technical support role.
  • Experience with REST API or enterprise software.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Quickbooks, or Zuora.
  • Excellent listening, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
