Monzo is seeking a dynamic Senior PR Manager for Expansion Markets to drive public relations strategy and execution across new markets. As a fully remote, full-time role based in the United Kingdom, you will play a pivotal part in shaping Monzo’s reputation as a digital-first bank committed to making money work for everyone.

Job Overview
  • Lead PR initiatives for Monzo’s expansion into new markets.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams.
  • Represent Monzo to media, stakeholders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage media relations and press coverage for new market launches.
  • Craft compelling press releases, pitches, and messaging.
  • Monitor industry trends and proactively address PR opportunities or risks.
  • Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with Monzo’s mission and values.
