Job Overview

As the Senior Product Manager for Marketing Tech at Eventbrite, you will drive the strategy and execution of the marketing technology platform to enhance user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing teams to define and execute a marketing tech strategy.
Develop automation, segmentation, and personalization capabilities across various communication channels.
Build scalable and resilient tech for user communication.
Lead the evaluation and integration of third-party marketing technology solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends in growth marketing and AI-driven automation.

Requirements & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Engineering or Management.
5+ years of technical product management experience in growth/marketing tech.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and audience segmentation platforms.
Experience with high-scale communication infrastructure and marketing lifecycle tools.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
