As a Sales Operations Manager focusing on Tooling & Process, you will strategically collaborate with Sales leadership to enhance efficiency and drive success. This role involves overseeing sales tooling administration, optimizing processes, and designing scalable workflows and automations. You will manage routing logic with LeanData and Chili Piper, lead cross-functional tech implementations, and partner closely with Revenue Ops, Business Systems, Enablement, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve operational efficiency.
  • Administer and optimize sales tooling.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows and automations.
  • Manage routing logic using LeanData and Chili Piper.
  • Lead cross-functional technology implementations and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Sales Ops or Revenue Ops.
  • Experience with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Chili Piper.
  • Familiarity with LeanData and 6sense.
  • Strong skills in process design, routing, automation, and governance.
  • Experience in cross-functional project leadership.
