This role involves representing customer needs to Product and Engineering teams while anticipating industry requirements, particularly in RIM AI, IDMP, eCTD, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex deals and align teams for executive proposals.
  • Speak at industry conferences to influence discussions on regulatory innovation.
  • Unify market strategy by aligning Sales, Marketing, and Services teams.
  • Represent customer requirements to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Anticipate and respond to industry needs in regulatory processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory submissions, publishing, and validation.
  • 4+ years of consulting in regulatory operations for life sciences.
  • 3+ years of experience selling software/services to life sciences.
  • Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions.
  • Strong capability to engage in strategic conversations with regulatory and IT leaders.
  • Understanding of global drug development and regulatory processes.
