As a Pre-Sales Services Consultant at Samsara, you will represent our implementation and integration services to C-level customers, showcasing the value of our services throughout the sales cycle. You will be responsible for defining service scope, approach, and timelines for engagements while owning services pursuits and governance of delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position the value of services to C-level customers during the sales cycle.
  • Define service scope, approach, and timelines for engagements.
  • Own services pursuits and govern delivery to meet ARR attach quota.
  • Forecast services and monitor ARR pipeline to plan capacity.
  • Plan scoping, proposals, transition, and resource plans with customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Sales, CSMs, and partners.
  • Create strong presentations to demonstrate the value of complex services.
  • Innovate by building service templates and processes.
  • Scope, produce, and deliver customer Statements of Work (SOWs).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Professional Services or Technology Solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year).
  • Proficiency in SFDC reports and dashboards.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and projects.
  • Strong innovation skills in service template development.
  • Ability to work in a flexible remote environment.
  • Knowledge of ARR forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Experience in scoping and delivering customer engagements.
  • Collaborative mindset focused on customer success.
