The Legal Director for Legal Transactions will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales and commercial legal processes within the organization. This role requires a strong partnership with sales, reseller, finance, and operations teams, ensuring effective legal support and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate SaaS and CCaaS agreements with customers and partners.
  • Advise on telecom, AI, and data privacy issues including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
  • Develop CLM playbooks and improve standard form agreements.
  • Manage high-volume internal legal requests under tight timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) with 10-15 years of total legal experience.
  • 6+ years drafting complex technology sales agreements.
  • Experience with SaaS, Data Protection Agreements, and vendor/reseller contracts.
  • Global experience across time zones and cultures.
  • Knowledge of telecom law, AI, and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
