Smartling is seeking a dedicated Project Manager, Language Services to join our global team remotely from anywhere in Ireland. This full-time role focuses on managing translation projects through Smartling’s leading translation management platform, helping organizations localize content efficiently across devices and platforms.

Job Overview
  • Oversee end-to-end language service projects for diverse clients.
  • Coordinate translation workflows using Smartling’s platform.
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of localized content.
  • Act as the primary contact between clients and linguists.
  • Work remotely in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple translation and localization projects concurrently.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and resolve project-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in language services.
  • Strong understanding of translation and localization processes.
  • Familiarity with translation management platforms (e.g., Smartling).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of digital content formats and workflows.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
