We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our K12 Strategic and Key Accounts. This remote role will focus on driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team dedicated to the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly team sales revenue targets.
  • Drive the team to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Provide in-depth coaching through deal reviews with methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Deliver precise and reliable monthly and quarterly team sales forecasts.
  • Maintain a positive, people-first culture and continuously coach the sales team on advanced sales methodologies.
  • Manage individual and team performance regularly and coordinate with cross-functional leaders to support sales priorities.
  • Guide reps in developing comprehensive territory plans and participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new sales talent.
  • Serve as a conduit for market feedback to product and marketing teams and ensure consistent and accurate CRM usage for pipeline management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct sales experience within the K12 education market.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading a sales team managing teams to a collective quota of $5M+ annually.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience selling into large Enterprise accounts.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Superior verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast accurately.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Understanding of K12 procurement processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
