The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining personnel records and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. This position involves managing the onboarding process and new hire orientation, as well as coordinating state and federal compliance, including I-9 documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Manage onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Coordinate state/federal compliance, including I-9 documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Update HRIS and coordinate changes with payroll.
  • Manage employee offboarding and employment verifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in HR preferred.
  • 3-4 years of HR experience.
  • Proof of COVID vaccine required.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and salary schedules.
  • Proficient with HRIS and ensuring data accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to follow policies and work collaboratively as part of a team.
