Eight Sleep, the innovative sleep fitness company, is seeking a dynamic GCC Marketing Lead to join our team remotely from anywhere in the UAE. This full-time role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional passionate about promoting wellness and technology in the GCC region. As our Marketing Lead, you'll spearhead impactful campaigns and drive brand growth in a rapidly evolving market.

Job Overview

The GCC Marketing Lead will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase Eight Sleep’s brand presence and market share across the Gulf Cooperation Council. This role requires a deep understanding of the region’s culture and consumer behaviors, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies tailored for the GCC market.
  • Lead digital and offline campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Manage budgets and measure ROI of marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
