We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our leadership team and oversee office operations in our New York location. This role requires a professional who is organized, discreet, and proficient in communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and communications for 3-4 leadership team members.
  • Oversee New York office operations, including vendor management and facility oversight.
  • Greet clients and visitors, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Organize onsite events and coordinate logistics.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling meetings as necessary.
  • Provide executive assistant support to leadership with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager.
  • Availability to work at the New York office 5 days a week.
  • Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Meets.
  • Experience with tools such as Zip, Concur, Notion, Slack, and Navan.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
