We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for our Enterprise accounts with 1000+ employees. You will play a crucial role in a high-performing Enterprise sales team, driving the sales process to meet and exceed quarterly goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full sales cycle from pipeline to close for Enterprise accounts.
  • Actively prospect to supplement inbound leads from Enterprise SDRs.
  • Leverage AI to streamline workflows, research, outreach, and identify deal risks.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize the sales cycle.
  • Drive sales of Enterprise SaaS solutions with deals of $100K+ ARR.
  • Maintain a history of meeting $1M+ annual quotas across multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Engage in strategic prospecting and account-based outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience selling HR tech (HRIS/HCM/Talent Acquisition) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Accord, Salesloft, or similar tools.
  • Strong ability to generate a high-quality enterprise pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
