The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the entire sales process from pipeline development to closing deals with enterprise customers. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive sales and educate partners on our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise customers.
  • Develop territory strategies in collaboration with SDRs, marketing, and partners.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with technology and consulting partners.
  • Educate partners on the value of Matillion.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and solution architecture teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving $1M+ ARR quotas and closing six-figure deals.
  • Proficient in MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling methodologies.
  • Ability to independently source, manage, and onboard customers.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
