In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding healthcare providers, helping them get started with our app, and supporting their journey as valued users. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through online platforms and job portals to expand user base.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of the Clipboard Health app to prospective users.
  • Establish credibility and build rapport with healthcare providers through strong understanding and support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new users and assisting with their first shift bookings.
  • Support urgent shift fulfillment in assigned markets, ensuring timely placement and user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience communicating with English-speaking clients via text, email, and calls.
  • Willingness to hustle and demonstrate extreme ownership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer workstation.
  • International location (outside the US and Canada) with availability to work US hours.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a scrappy approach to overcoming challenges.
