As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for onboarding new clients and providing day-to-day support. Your role will be crucial in guiding clients through essential steps such as login, multi-factor authentication (MFA), account setup, and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. By collaborating across various teams, you will help clients achieve transaction-ready status more efficiently while reducing the workload for Product, Brokers, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for client onboarding and support.
  • Guide clients through login, MFA, account setup, and KYC steps.
  • Reduce workload for Product, Brokers, and Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Brokers, Operations, and SysOps teams.
  • Support clients in reaching transaction-ready status faster.
  • Assist with TechOps and Level 0 issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or regulated industries.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML workflows is a plus.
