We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our CRM and Martech strategy aimed at driving advertiser growth. This position involves designing and scaling lifecycle programs with automation and learning, while also optimizing audience segmentation and cross-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CRM and Martech strategy to drive advertiser growth.
  • Design and scale lifecycle programs with automation and learning.
  • Build and optimize audience segmentation, lead management, and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Own the CRM/Martech roadmap to ensure integrated, scalable tools.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Sales teams to develop data-driven solutions.
  • Drive AI and automation adoption to enhance personalization and speed.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or martech (B2B/ads preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/CDP ecosystems such as Salesforce and mParticle.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Sales.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with analytics capabilities to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and AI in marketing.
