CRM Campaign Manager

As a CRM Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys across various channels including Email, SMS, Push, and App. You will lead a team of CRM Associates, providing guidance and support while ensuring high-quality campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the execution of CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
  • Manage and support CRM Associates by assigning work, setting priorities, and providing coaching.
  • Conduct final QA oversight and approval for campaign launches.
  • Serve as the primary CRM liaison for Design and Coding teams.
  • Define and maintain timelines and standards for CRM initiatives.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM documentation and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable or Klaviyo.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and journey automation.
  • Proven experience with QA processes and launch readiness.
  • Data-driven mindset with performance analysis experience.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accountability for execution quality.
  • Experience in subscription, DTC, or healthcare/wellness brands is a plus.
  • Familiarity with dynamic content and personalization at scale is a plus.
