Join Rackspace Technology as a Cloud Sales Executive, specializing in Financial Services (BFSI) for the US region. As a strategic sales professional, you will drive profitable growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver innovative multi-cloud solutions. This remote role requires working night shifts, supporting US-based customers, and managing the full sales cycle from new business acquisition to account retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities with new and existing customers in the BFSI domain.
  • Build and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle, including forecasting, account planning, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver tailored multi-cloud solutions.
  • Guide account retention and growth through upselling, cross-selling, and customer advocacy.
  • Execute strategic account plans and ensure successful business development for large deals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, manage pipelines, and achieve quarterly targets.
  • Deliver fanatical customer experiences and foster customer loyalty.
  • Adhere to company security policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in cloud solutions, preferably within BFSI.
  • Proven expertise in supporting US-region clients and working night shifts.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud products and market trends.
  • Experience with account planning, forecasting, and CRM tools.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and embodying Rackspace core values.
