We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager specializing in AI and Cloud Solutions to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities in North America, while managing a robust client pipeline across various verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
  • Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound communications including email, calls, and social media.
  • Coordinate discovery and qualification conversations with potential clients.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to close deals effectively.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (traveling 30% of the time).
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in consulting/services-led environments.
  • Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
  • Experience in selling technology services and managing client negotiations.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable individual.
  • Comfortable working without detailed day-to-day supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
