Job Overview

Outliant is a fully-remote, US-based digital product development and startup consulting company seeking a Brand Designer II to join their culturally diverse team. This role involves translating complex brand narratives into impactful visual experiences that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand design concepts across various mediums.
  • Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the brand's visual identity.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a brand designer.
  • Mastery of design software suite (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for branding and understanding of current design trends.
