Surreal is seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to join our remote team and help safeguard the integrity of AI-generated content. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, documenting, and reporting questionable materials, supporting our mission to protect the online presence of world-leading talent. You will also contribute to research, content creation, and sales and marketing efforts in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate flagged content for potential deep fakes and policy violations.
  • Submit takedown requests for policy-breaking content on various social media platforms.
  • Research and maintain comprehensive databases of notable AI-generated content.
  • Create insightful blog posts and internal reports summarizing trends and sentiment analysis.
  • Collect and prepare assets for use in sales pitches and marketing collateral.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and persistently solve problems.
  • Strong empathy and understanding of client and team goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using chat, email, and video tools (e.g., Loom).
  • Experience with content moderation or social media management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI, deep fake detection, and digital research.
  • Skilled in report writing and summarizing online sentiment.
  • Proficiency in database maintenance and tracking systems.
  • Ability to create engaging assets for sales and marketing teams.
