This role involves close collaboration with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth transitions from sales to onboarding, as well as developing go-to-market playbooks and strategies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct deep discovery calls to understand customer use cases and tech stacks.
  • Build and demo custom voice agent prototypes during the sales process.
  • Partner with engineers for seamless onboarding post-sale.
  • Develop go-to-market playbooks and outbound strategies.
  • Represent customer needs internally to influence product development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years in sales or account executive roles at a technical B2B company.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and no-code/low-code tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML and voice tech landscape.
  • Exceptional communication skills, simplifying complex concepts.
  • Self-directed with strong pipeline discipline and action bias.
