The Expansion Account Executive will be responsible for executing full-cycle sales to drive growth within existing accounts while consistently exceeding sales targets. This role requires collaboration with Customer Success to map organizational hierarchies and identify new buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute full-cycle sales to expand within existing accounts.
  • Map organizational hierarchies with Customer Success to reach new buyers.
  • Deliver consultative presentations aligning AI and automation capabilities with customer needs.
  • Manage complex deals using MEDDPICC for forecasting and alignment.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach to analyze deal insights.
  • Drive process improvements for a modern buying experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in SaaS or professional services.
  • Experience expanding accounts or territories within large organizations.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Challenger methodologies for multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM and sales-engagement tools, especially Salesforce and Gong.
  • AI-First mindset: utilizing AI tools to enhance high-value human interaction.
  • Background in building business cases and MAPs for procurement.
