Job Overview

The Territory Account Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding customer relationships within the assigned region. You will focus on acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients while contributing to Neat's mission to redefine the future of video-enabled workspaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Design and execute strategic go-to-market plans to expand Neat’s market presence.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Promote Neat’s innovative video hardware solutions to meet evolving workplace needs.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in driving effective sales practices, preferably in technology or related sectors.
  • Regional sales experience with enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Knowledge of video conferencing solutions is a plus.
  • Track record of scaling fast-growth technology businesses.
  • Ability to design and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a remote work environment.
  • Passion for creating positive change in the way people work and communicate.
